I found this on a quick Google, how true it is I have no idea:

Is it possible to unlock BlackBerry 7130v my for free?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a Motorola unlock generator or free motorola unlock code, as such there is no way to unlock your BlackBerry 7130v for free, Motorola randomly generate the codes so they have full control over unlocking BlackBerry 7130v, However we can supply Codes To Unlock Motorola Phones FAST and at very reasonable prices.

If they can generate the codes, the software exists.

If microsoft codes can be cracked and this is their business moto may as well be wearing tissue paper bulletproof jackets heh.

Motorola ? It's a Blackberry

If it is locked to Vodafone, according to their website they will let you unlock at no charge.

Yup, just checked and it should be free from Voda direct: (I don't think you can get 7130v on PAYG)
