This has been sat for years waiting for me to have the time to work on it, its not going to happen any time soon. Most of traffic is to the Blog 60% of which comes from the US , 16% UK. Traffic is nothing major at only between 100 - 150 uniques per day.
Forum is dead, I recently merged another old Bodybuilding (dead) forum into it in prep for getting it off the ground but I'm kidding myself if I think I can dedicate any time to it.
Blog gets post likes on Twitter daily which is automated bringing old blog posts to a new tweet every day as there hasnt been any new content on there for a while.
It wouldnt take loads of work to increase traffic, encouraging more people to the forum is a bit harder but nice project for someone.
