What speed of connection do you currently get at home?

Lousy speed here in rural Ireland, but I suppose I'm lucky to have a connection at all, could only get internet via an wireless dongle where my mum lives, here we get up to 3MB with Eircom, but at least I'm online.

Using a Three broadband dongle in Belfast, will get Sky broadband installed next week.

Back in Holland I was on a 50MB connection

I was around 6.5MB with Zen last time I checked.

Broadband speed is a great search term, and I have the domain broadbandspeed.me
if anyone wants to buy it off me (sensible offers) and code their own speed tester!!

I was getting 30-40 with Virgin last year, now on Sky/BT back down to 7-8.

I get just over 1Mbps down and 500Kbps up. Best I can do living in the middle of nowhere. Neighbors on Plus.net get 0.6Mbps down and 150Kbps up
