Can anyone recommend a good bulk email product for one time mailings?

I'm not looking to build an email list or monitor anything, just to send the same email to circa 1,000 email addresses on a one-off basis.

And then to rinse and repeat, but with a different target list and a different email.

Ideally capable of importing or copying in a text, or csv list.

Even better if it is free or cheap!

Any recommendations / suggestions would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Suzi, it would depend whether or not you have an existing relationship with the people you wish to email, and whether or not they have 'opted-in' to receive mail from you. I only make this point as it has a bearing upon which services are available to you.

Hmmm... it is just possible, that I might not have an opt in from all of them ;-)

But, in mitigation, they are targeted, not random and it will be a one off only.

Thanks atlas and ratboy - I'll have a look at those when I get a moment.

Do they link to my existing email account(s)?

Can they be used through a Google account? If so - has anyone done it? Do you hit sending limits etc?

Thanks

You're a minx

Okay - make sure you do the following:

1. Use a proper email account under one of your domains, not a Gmail or Yahoo etc.

2. Provide real contact details and a method for them to click and opt-out so that they don't have to hear from you again.

3. Be creative but honest in your opening paragraph.

4. Send 100 per hour - no more.

Email me if you want any more help with this.

Sign up with Mail Chimp - looks like you can do up to 500 for free.

Split your list in two, open 2 accounts and bobs yer uncle. :p
