Tried to do a lookup using Domain-All-In-One to see who owns it and it doesnt fit in the input box! lol
 
Isn't the technical longest one 255 char but limited by icann to 64 to allow for multiple level subdomains but there are some 64+ letter long names from before the ruling.

This may not be accurate but I seem to remember reading something like that.

A DNS label may be no more than 63 octets long. This is in the form
actually stored; if a non-ASCII label is converted to encoded
"punycode" form (see Section 5), the length of that form may restrict
the number of actual characters (in the original character set) that
can be accommodated. A complete, fully-qualified, domain name must
not exceed 255 octets.
