Experiencing a strange problem with a forum that i help administrate.

Please can you tell me if you can view the following url:

www.davidcastle.org/BB

If you can't see it can you give me your ISP and location (country).

I can see it.

Its really weird, as far as i can tell everyone can view it apart from one member (Well hes the only one whos got in touch to query it!) whos in Japan and is getting a server not found page (404).

Hopefully just a temp problem with his ISP.

Check your server logs and see if your server is generating the 404.

If not - perhaps he's just typing the URL in wrong - users do silly things.
