Wanted: Website Review car forum

Just started on the website Car Forum.

Would appreciate any reviews of the site (I know its a bit basic) and if you are interested in cars why not become a member (its free).

A good basic start couple of quick things you can do to improve:

• Add a simple logo (always looks better than just text)
• Remove forum software logo
• Ideally get an SEO mod installed if there is one available so the URLs are rewritten 'search engine friendly' without all the PHP session ID etc in there

Agreed. I would also:

- Add some more text to "News Box" and a button/link to register.
- Remove the "Key Stats" box. This info is already in the footer.
- Replace the "Key Stats" box with a list of latest posts.

it has no identity, just looks like a SF forum default install. Add some logos and post some content to get it going.

One of the better looking forum designs I've seen. Nice and clean.
Yes get a logo!

Oh and not sure about you moderating all posts. People like to be able to see their posts staright away. It's a trade off but you may lose people's interest - they may think "oh it'll be ages till it gets moderated"
