Wanted: Domain Appraisal car games dot org dot uk

Had car games [.] org [.] uk for a while now, has 1,000,000 local exacts according to Google, with a approx CPC of £1.48

Can anyone offer an opinion of what it might be worth and has anyone got any ideas of what I could do with it? Something like hosting free car games and adsense?

The domain has obviously got good value due to the potential traffic. Why not attempt to develop it?

For help developing I highly recommend the forums at TalkArcades. I own and make over £1k a month off online games sites, but I got into the market in the late 90s (my main site is Craziness.com). My current script recommendation is probably NexusScript which can import games from various sources making the content easy to add but more unique than pulling from just one source. If you do develop and use adsense then you have to ensure the ads are a certain distance from the games.

I'll make an offer of £150 on the domain if you're looking to sell.

Equally I'd be happy to give you advice on development, etc, and refer you to the ad networks that work best for me on similar sites, or for a fee I'd happily develop it for you.

Yeah, might be worth sticking it on domainlore! I recently bought a couple more games sites ( http://funnygames.org.uk etc) and run one fairly popular one. It's a niche with life left in it yet ).
