Anyone who has advertised their car for sale or about to put their car for sale may get a call from some bod called cardata or ecardata asking you to cough up £99.50 to guarantee a buyer. If the buyer goes through finance they reimburse the fee.. Put adverts on 100+ websites.. yada yada...
Just now put the phone down on one of these reps promising that she had people interested in my wifes Mini. Needless to say I kindly declined and hung up. Upon searching "CarData" I was right to do so, shocking reviews. Scams..
Anyway, rant over. Just a heads up. Common sense really.
Calling on Easter Sunday? Really.
