Wanted: Domain Appraisal Cened.org - need your reviews

I purchased this domain a few months ago because it has a 27,100 exact match Google keyword searches though I still don't have an idea of how to develop it. And also because it only has very easy competition to rank in search engines.

I am actually surprised to see today that it already ranks #3 in Google for the keyword "cened" and still not develop - still parking @ sedo.

Can you guys help me what can be the good price for it? Or if I'll develop the site, what can it probably be? I am thinking of making CENED as an acronym but still can't find a good meaning to it.

Cened doesnt seem to mean anything or stand for anything.

There is a website on cened.it which could account for the 27,100 global monthly searches if people are searching for the website.

Yeah! That's exactly I'm trying to monopolize. I couldn't think of a good meaning for cened to develop it to a reputable site. Looking at cened.it it seems to be an organization. I can't really tell the products they offer.
