Hi there
I am relatively new to being a member and TAG holder at Nominet.
I have recently purchased a domain name and the seller kindly changed the TAG (to prevent charges). But, I now need to change the registrant name. I have tried all sorts of methods but alas have failed so far. Any help would be appreciated.

Select the domain in 'Web Domain Manager', click 'transfer' and follow the process. If you get an error message (VXXX something), you may need to add the current registrant in your 'Third Party Names' in the 'Tag' settings. All this assuming you are a self-managed tag.

Hi Ian

Thank you very much! Done!

I now have a vague recollection of having to do this when I first joined. Thank you!
