I know I've posted this one in the past but never really got a proper valuation on it! It gets approx 1,000 uniques a day on type-ins and I've recently got a bit of interest in it from a couple of potential buyers.... Anyone wanna help out on a valuation?

With those traffic numbers, at least 25,000 pounds and perhaps much more to the right buyer. Also depends on current revenue, of course.

Thanks Edwin, at present we give the access to the video chat away for free but will shortly introduce a small charge for premium access... Not sure who would be the best people to target the Domain to for selling purposes though? I guess anyone who wants 1,000 teenagers a day hitting their site!?

As Edwin suggests at least 25k

Ov results of 800k+ per month the only downside I could see is the central focus for teenagers is chat rather than a revenue generator

Its a top domain.

1000 teenagers a day:

spot cream,
pregnancy kits,

If you can run a set of chatrooms for heaps of people then corporates would look at you to set up their internal communication systems.

I think if you are asking what it's worth to domainers, its value is in a direct realtionship of how much revenue it generates. A 1000 visitors is great but if you can't convert them into cash, them it greatly reduces it's value. Without knowing the revenue, it's hard to give an educated guess.

It is a good domain, with good numbers, so subject to revenue estimates, it's probably worth 7,500 to 20,000 pounds. IMHO.
