Clicks from sites in Stats

Noticing a big, huge, massive increase in sites falsely showing click throughs from their sites to mine.

ie When I view my stats it shows a click through from a site and when I go to see where my link is - Their isn't one.

Basically they are some how spoofing links that people follow to view, to increase traffic to a website for a client probs.

One of them was from HullBadgers.co.uk to my HullBeds.co.uk

Anyone who can shine any light on how and what's the technicalities behind it would be welcomed!
