What is the best CMS hack for a PHPBB forum?

Joomla has one is good, I think their hack of SMF is better though and phpBB can be converted into SMF.

Cool looks really good. Do you know how to make a forum aprrear inside the Joomla frame?

Google for a joomla phpbb component, dead easy to install in the admin panel.
The other alternative for smaller forums is of course php-fusion which is a nice CMS with a forum built-in.
