Does anyone know where I can get a list of expiring (i.e. detagged or suspended) .CO.UK domains? I see the administrator of the site seems to list them fairly regularly but does anyone produce or sell such a list?

Re Domain Name Analyser Pro

Hi there,
I have done a search in google for "Domain Name Analyser Pro" and it has returned 0 results. Pls could someone tell me where I might find this software and is it a .co.uk (uk) product?

thanks
Danny

using domain name analyser

Hi Admin
Looks like the domain analyser is useful IF you already have a list. Do you use Zone files to generate a list? Does the zone files include .co.uk domains?

Thanks

I know this is going to sound a bit lame, but I have got this
Analyzer Pro but dont know HOW to set it up so it tells me which
.co.uk are detagged or suspended. Could someone please advise ?

Thanks

I use DNA Pro v3.1, which is a useful tool for some searches. However, it will not report the status of domains, except to say whether they are available or taken. You can scroll through the records individually to see the Whois deatials for each domain, or you can export to html and load a report in your browser, then search for suspended names etc.

hello admin

OK the 64m dollar question "how do I set it up correctly "? I know I
asked this by mail but I guess this will help others

Thanks

Thank you I just got, and Merry Xmas to you to.

Hi

Just started using DNA PRO4. Worked like a dream last night but am now getting no WHOIS information on the domains I am trying. Error is:

Unable to obtain response from the whois server for this domain.

Lookups using this whois server has been temporarily disabled.

Anybody any ideas if this is a temporary error or if I'm doing something wrong?

Thanks,
Stephen.

I've had that problem a couple of times. Solution has been to close program and restart, may need to restart pc.

You have sent too many WHOIS queries so the Nominet server has blocked you. If you keep doing it you will get your IP address blocked long term and will have to contact Nominet to get it released.

Set your similtaneous connections to "1" and your interval to "2" seconds.
