Hiya all,
Looking at getting a coffee machine at home.
Anyone else got one?
Looking at the gaggia classic I heard it's a good model,
Any advice would be great
Thanks
Karl
I have a Gaggia Classic, and so does my old man. Really good, although I can't comment on other machines.
You'll need a good grinder, and it's well well well worth the money as the finished cup is much better. Then it's about sampling different beans. Keep them in the fridge in a sealed container.
Now if I have a Costa (which is horrid) or Starbucks, I can tell the difference, I just drink expresso now, you get a real taste for it. No puddings, just coffee!
Enjoy, good investment.
Morning Karl ,

These machines are amazing and tbh i dont really have any need to go to startbucks , or costa anymore
The one your looking at is a good model .
I use a bialetti stove top too - although I worry my coffee consumption has gone well past healthy.
Really like this stuff:

I recently bought an AeroPress and I'm very pleased with it. Definitely the cheaper option compared with those linked here but for someone who knows little about coffee, it's been a real eye-opener!
