Hi,
I have a design-related .co.uk im selling due to i'm moving to a .com.
Are you allowed to contact other people by email that have the same wording as my doman, with different extensions,to offer my .co.uk to them for sale directly??
ta,
LM.

I think there is some element of bad faith if you try to sell a tm domain to a tm holder directly. You'll have to talk to some drs veterans on that one.

If it's not tm then no theoretical problem.

Hi AQ,
It is Not a TM domain?
It's a .co.uk, i've used for over 2 years, the org.uk has been reg'd, surely its not bad faith to offer it to the likes??
Thank You.

LM.

no, you are free to tango.

all views expressed are subject to inconsistencies in Nominet DRS expert decisions. please take under advisement!

I think that would be alright but I would first contact them and just let them know that it's available. if they want it let them offer you but don't hit them with a price right away!
