Wanted: Service cost for a link on a high Pr site

can anyone shed a light on an average cost to have a text link on a pr5 site or higher? I am wanting to get my news business high in google so need some good backlinks.

If you want a PR6 link I can do one for $20 per month which passes PR and gave two new pages a PR5 after the recent update, news would be quite similar to the theme as well so a good match.
