Custom Landing or Sedo Parking Page?

Obviously it's nice to have a custom page with some content so as to develop some history within Google but is it worth the time/effort when you're dealing with a large numbers of domains, especially when SEDO pages are meant to convert better?

What do you think? Better to slightly develop the domains or save time and park them? I'm beginning to think the latter.
