My first post here. Looking to get rid of

Ive probably made 1,000$ from it so far this year selling private advertising. Could easily triple that or more with a bit of content and some extra attention.
Traffic around 100-300 visits per month. Was getting 20-40 visits a day about a year about when i was working on it. All content unique and written by my English copywriter.
Rank #1 for the 'debt management tips' and a few other niche debt terms.
Also have a twitter account with 675 followers that have accrued over the last couple of years. https://twitter.com/debtmanagetips
Looking to sell as not interesting in this niche and want to focus on travel.
