Wanted: Service Developer to help w/ Travelocity "ready made template"

Hi all,
Orlando Travel.com: "The Orlando Travel Specialists"
It is indexed in google, and doing very well.

I asked the owner about it, and this is what he just told me:
"It's a site built on Travelocity / WCTravel.com's "ready-made-template." It takes very little programming knowledge, but i hired someone to help add content and get it to the top of Google. Now it's just self-propelled."
He wont share any more info....

I need a developer who can help me put some of these website on some great Travel domains that I own.

Any input would be gratefully appreciated.
