I saw it on DL, staggered my polling throughout the day for it (at the wrong times of course) ... Within 10 minutes it had dropped. Que Sera Sera

Whether he does or doesn't I honestly doubt that was the reason it dropped.

It's like scrapping your car when the new reg comes out - it doesn't happen

if you leave every renewal to day before for whatever reason, to entice offers, wind people up, short of cash, whatever it might be, you're going to screw up occassionally

Seems his 'renewing last day' method has bitten him on the backside Nice catch. I know most people don't even bother chasing A Hugh's domains but I suspect they will now.

If he stuck it on domainlore it would be guaranteed to make a few hundred at very least, so this is just silly I'm sorry to say.

.uk wont make .co.uk worthless anyway, if you're a brand and you want to be "quit.uk" you're going to want the co.uk too.

I think what it is, is that you get so used to seeing that TAG with a premium name and therefore = ignore.

How it came to not being renewed is probably something we'll never know but maybe the catcher will get a surprise email......

Nah Dave was well later, I messaged an acorner at like half 1 to 2am about adding it to their list, so was prob 2 or 3 it dropped most his other names due to drop on that say was renewed before midnight.
