Distilled.net SEO courses

I have a decent grasp of the basics of SEO, but I have been looking to go into it in a bit more depth. I saw distilled.net mentioned by another member on a thread about Internet marketing, and see that they have some courses available. I was just wondering if anyone had used them and if you think they would be of any use?

Everything I have picked up so far has been self taught from what I have read and from what I have worked out myself, it would be nice to learn a bit more in a more structured way.

I don't think you can beat a good forum for learning.

I learnt a lot from forums.seochat.com - but sadly a lot of the more knowledgeable members rarely post now.

It's a tough thing though because probably 99% of what is written about SEO online is out of date or just pure waffle.

Moz.com is very good generally, the articles + comments on them.
