Does Godaddy 60day lock transfers as well as purchases?

Hi everyone, does anyone know if Godaddy put their 60day lock on domains transfered to them, or is it just on newly registered domains? I wanted to take advantage of SedoMLS but I've got two domains which are on 123-reg. Failing that, could anyone recommend an alternative to Godaddy? I've only used Godaddy/Heart/123-reg so far.

No worries

As far as registrars go, GoDaddy are pretty good, but I prefer Enom personally.
