Domain in unresponsive reseller account

Hi everyone,

I purchased a .uk domain last week, and I thought everything was fine as the seller changed contact whois with my info and gave me access to it through a reseller child account at easynic.
From the control panel I can change DNS and update whois but I can't renew it or transfer, so I asked the seller to change the ISP tag for me to transfer it away and have complete control over the domain at another registrar, but the seller doesn't answer my emails anymore.

The domain is under my name, it shows my contact info on the whois but within a reseller child account I think it really doesn't belong to me but to the reseller as I can't stop him from doing anything with the domain.

Do you think theres any hope aside from the seller to respond again?

Is your email address used for the domain? If so, you can do the transfer yourself through the Nominet Online Services account:

Is your email address used for the domain?

The email is not visible through nominet whois so I can't really tell for sure, but at least the visible part of the whois has my info exactly as in my control panel which has my email.
I'm new to .uk domains so I don't know if there is a way to get the email adress from whois.
