How do you "manage" your domains? By that I mean where you bought them, how much you paid, any notes, offers etc?

I've got an account with Efty which I've used for several years to do this, just wondering if I should consider anything else?

Under which option Rob?

I've added a couple of domains, 1 under parking and 1 under security, both are pending........

In the 'service overview' section all domains are listed with a 'note' section to the right where you can store any information you want. I use it to make notes about how much I paid mainly.
The security automatically gets information about expiry dates, registrars etc and emails you each day with info about them. Any changes trigger an email notification.
All offers are available in your dashboard for you to look at any time.

Your parked domain is pending because it's not actually parked... ie the nameservers don't point to our server. The other security is not pending - you will receive emails about changes to whois and notification of pending expiry etc. It is checked every hour. If you look at your security section you can see it has 331 days left, the tag, the nameservers etc and view the last unchanged whois data.

Thanks Rob, are there plans to expand the management functionality out, similar to Efty?

With Efty I can see portfolio investment on my dashboard, profit, up coming renewal costs etc. Having some of the management functions broken out helps to keep tabs on things for me.

Here's the details of a domain I have on both your platform and efty xko / co / uk

I'm not sure exactly what you're after. All those screenshots apart from a total of portfolio (as price paid is not actually a field it's just a note you add) already exist on my platform. With the addition of monitoring uptime and security alerts. Also if you complete parking your domain you will be able to customise the page, offer live chat, see all visitor statistics, list in marketplace, receive offers, view past offers etc.
Feel free to PM if you have questions or don't want your info public.

Sorry to sound dense on this Rob, where would I find name servers listed?
Again, where would purchase date go and renewal costs?
Sold date and price?

Not dense at all. One of my problems is not being able to explain very clearly as shown by my sites :p
The screenshot is from your security menu option. Also if you click the magnifying glass you can see more (second screenshot).
The system allows you to put whatever you wants in notes about the domain (as I see you've found).
It does not do the finances for you however but I can look at adding in a place to put renewal fees and then it automatically totals up if that's what you're after.
All contact/offers from parked domains is on your dashboard. The third screenshot shows your contact, you can trash it or copy it whatever you wish. I don't have many domains so don't get many offers as you can see but one client already has over 50 verified offers.

I use Epik since it let you import domains to track. NameSilo has tools to track portfolio expenses and it's free.

NS has landing pages but the domain must be registered there. They charge 7.5% but the name gets automatically transferred when sold.
