Hi,

Pool finally secured the domain for me and registered it with a registrar called namescout.com.

I want to transfer the .com domain to a uk based registrar. The namescout site let me unlock the domain and create a auth code.

I've just tried to enter the auth code at my new registrar but a message is returned saying the domain is locked.

After much digging, deep in the namescout faqs I found the following:

Nothing huge, just the .com variant of our company domain - have been trying for ages to get it
