For new "tld" etc I have found if nearly every other tld and cctld is regged (not just co’uk ,de etc) and developed or at least a high per potion of them and you get in (and often out)at the start right search volumes high enough etc then you can make a £££ out of them but if the domains don’t take of which they nearly always don’t regging one’s a year or so after tends to be money down the drain if you must reg them uk registers are normally much higher than other e.g. yanks

So you don't think its worth anything undeveloped? Tbh I am thinking of having a crack at developing it, even though ranking highly for this may be beyond my skill level.
