This is a wordpress site with a custom script that publishes two companies every hour 24/7 from a database of 6,000 companies.
In the first month online it got 22 uniques but this then shot up to 175 in the second month (January 2010)!
From this 175 there were on average 7 visits per visitor!
Google has 1,360 pages indexed and counting, and it has only published 1,951 which shows Google is enjoying the content!
The site ranks for "double glazing directory" and a number of company names, which is fantastic for selling advertising in the future!

The database was bought online and I have set out pages to include text to ensure it is not thought of as copied content.
