He should have turned it around and gone with Deborah and the new dragon by striking a new deal entirely - sector expertise and boots on the ground in one. If you have 4 offers, you've got the upper hand, so use it!

Why would the solar man go with Deborah who has a solar company already? Surely through due diligence she will have access to everything she needs to know to get her own company moving better?

From what we saw on TV (a fraction of what they're told in the Den face-to-face) it sounded like one of the big problems he faced was taking a good regional business national. If her existing company were established in some of the territories he'd like to cover but didn't at the moment, and he covered territories her other company didn't, it would be an obvious move for her to facilitate some kind of cross-referral scheme...

I didn't see the attraction in the present club woman personally - what's the big deal I asked myself? The explanation of the business was just awful too...

The present club women said she got 6% commission of the dropship, however if she is receiving payment, her payment method would take a very large chunk of that 6%

I didn't understand why she was bothering to do anything for 6%. That's the same as an affiliate would get from Amazon if they had at least 50 sales a month (which she better have otherwise the business is dead in the water) and Amazon's prices were better on a few products I chose and compared at random...

I would have thought there is legislation to take into account as the concept is effectively a savings club. Would deposits need to be ring fenced in the event of the business failing ??
