Agreed, but that is entirely the buyers/leasers decision based possibly on business model. What isn't however is a lack of grasp on the fees and understanding of a sliding scale.

I think he was pointing out you might have made a mistake. Why would I rent for 12 months for $999 when I can rent for 12 months for $900? Also be careful you don't trip - I think you might have dropped a name

I would also question motives for anyone wanting to rent a domain for 1 month regardless of the price.

Surely 12 months would be the starting point - just to play it on the safe side.
