DRS Time Deadlines

I have just launched a DRS against someone with the deadline being in 3 weeks time if the registrant does not reply what happens after that would my evidence outweigh his no evidence/no reply and the domain be transferred to me if so would i keep the time left on the domain if so are there any costs involved in the transfer or would i be asked to pay for renewal and if so how much and who would my registrar be? as i do not have a nominet tag
