Easiest method of receiving sale funds?

I have an offer for a domain I have which I don't intend to develop.
it will probably sell for a low amount 100pounds at most.
Whats the easiest/safest way to sell it? I am aware there seem to be a lot of charge back scams on paypal so don't want to use that.
Also don't want to end up paying a lot of commission. I would prefer the buyer do a bank transfer but then they will probably be suspicious of me if I ask foer that.
Best advice?

There is nothing wrong with asking for a bank transfer.

Use an Escrow service (sedo or Escrow.com) for security but for such a low value sale, I'd take the risk assuming you have some reasonable amount of info on the buyer, email address, postal address, etc.
