Hard to say when you don’t have the benefit of knowing stat’s if offers have been made in the past, who owns the other’s e.g. uk or north, south etc if there developed even hard if you do? Yes there is the same old chestnuts ads property, shops, but that takes time money commitment does the name its self limit its potential for growth?
