Ecommerce scripts that can be used for affiliate stores?

Are there any ecommerce scripts or wordpress plugins that can also be used for an affiliate store?

I have a couple of sites which I want to setup affiliate stores on but they may be used to sell products at a later date.

Surely best bet would be to add yourself to your own store as a merchant later on with a datafeed or something. Short answer = no not heard of any, I've only seen e-commerce stores which have the ability to track affiliate sales.
