I use to do Taekwondo, Aikido and Thai boxing and loved it
Did you see "The Dragon" Machida Vs Rashad Evans?

I had a chance to do BJJ with Karl Tanswell who was taught Horie gracie when i was in Manchester but i left there.
Ashame i left Manchester because i done some Thai boxing with a guy called Sandy holt who use to present fight night and was taught by world renowned master Sken.
I did get to do all of 2 x 1 hour 1 to 1 lessons in Foshan wing chun kung fu with a guy called Mark Strange who appeared with Jackie chan in both the medallion and twins effect, that was quiite good
I love martial arts but had to stop for health reasons
