Estibot is a good option, but not the best one, sometimes you must spend few hours on research - google ( very often you can find some PDF documents signed and with contact details, but don't expect to find them on first page on google - 5, 6, 7 etc )
Just type the name of the person + name of the company and end with "email" then click search and "voila"
linkedin - is another source, I've got 500+ connection and this helps
Twitter and facebook - many people have personal websites and they are listed at social media
whoisology.com - this is a paid service, but you can run a search if you know domain owned from the person you looking for
