Shane, I'm a firm believer in "..its worth what someone will pay for it"

Looking at your parking page at Sedo - I very much doubt having sex related links on it will increase its value. Maybe Im just being old fashioned...

I would also think that building a small web site to increase its traffic would help, maybe even a directory and getting advertisers / paid for links....

A great example of a car crash thread.

There are lots of people on this forum who I'm sure may have paid your 50k asking price, not me unfortunately, but some on here regularly spend those amounts.

However I'm guessing the way this thread has gone has made them not bother. Or they're maybe seeing the price crashing as this post has.

Such a shame to see such a good name touted in this way.

I'm guessing the one member you are aiming this thread at can't be bothered now.

Why not ask admin to delete it and start again.

I see. I just scanned over the page once and saw "This page provided to the domain owner free by Sedo's Domain Parking" and assumed it was a Sedo parking page.

I couldnt see any other pages. I still think building an informative site to help increase traffic, and keeping the bounce rate low, is a far better option than a 'general links' page.

...just my two-penneth of course....

Not sure what Sedo things you are refering to. I've hosted this domain for the last few years on my own server.

Currently I've only one email address on this domain to keep the level of spam, for the new owner, to the minimum.

You should develop out a directory service for it.. the pages it has aren’t very exciting they're just promoting its possible sale, which you could just use a sedo parked page for.. also a little development will display its potential an possibly push up its value…

For others, and the right person, they already know what they want to do with this domain, should it become available.. which is just has...

I agree, for someone who has the spare cash they should buy it if its within budget and at the right price.. it could be developed really good this. I have in the past had to google search for HOURS/DAYS for investment companies in the UK.. this would be an ideal 'yellow pages' type investment portal..

good luck with finding the buyer... and if its not snapped up after a while of waiting around, then just buy/pay for a script to be made to categorise countries/towns and google search all investment firms and post them in the right areas then try selling it again as a developed site..!

The problem with the name 'enterpreneurs' in my opinion (some others may not share this view) is that it is a word which should be used referring to someone else and what you should be referred to by others, not something which people should refer to themselves as.
