Interscope - things are not simple at all when you have so many failed transactions under your belt.

Incidentally, I notice that achieve.co.uk has still not transferred

P.

Actually it has transfered. The TAG has changed to TURNIC and Nominet have reciept of the paperwork.

That doesn't mean anything. A domain isn't transfered until the registrant has been changed to the new owner, which in this case it hasn't.

Nominet have reciept of the paperwork...did you read that bit?

Nominet could still chuck out the request - as of 10:26 the whois reads:

Domain name:
achieve.co.uk

Registrant:
Interscope Media

That is the current legal registrant.

Why would they 'chuck' it out?

Its a transfer of ownership, they have the paperwork and it's a case of them changing the details and updating the whois. What you on about?

Hold on....this is not ANOTHER one of your daily conspiracy theories is it? :)

Registrant type:
Non-UK Individual

however on Eproperty.co.uk you are a UK individual.

Likewise is 'Interscope Media' a real person? or a trading entity?

It isnt a theory. You said the name was transferred and it isnt.

You seem quite at home at making statements that are not factually true - just read back in this thread to see you saying one thing one day and the opposite the next :)

Mo, for what it's worth, technically, if you put ads on a domain like landscapephotography.co.uk, then you shouldn't hide your id in the whois.

I'm not sure if you are gaining income from shahzad.co.uk (probably not) but if you are then that would probably be the same situation.

Interscope Media is a trading entity. We have a business account. We are listed in the Yellow Pages/yell.com. Have a telephone/fax number and office. We have been trading since 1998. I have two accounts with UKREG business & personal, I may have registered some domains on my personal account rather than the business one, thats why it may show up as Individual.

Good - and Nominet might ask the same questions before a transfer occurs :)

If they are not satisfied then they would stop any transfer.

Think it should be ok. They have never had a problem in the past.
