I tried to put an aff link on Facebook but the html link wouldn't work however I removed this part <aref/> or whatever it is ? so just a normal link and it worked.

What I want to know is will I still get paid because I don't see my code in the link

The <a href=""> </a> is just html code. As long as the link is still whole then it should be valid.

Well the link works and I got my 1st customer so will see if I get paid ?

It's a survey site and I am paid per lead.

Probably not permitted but Facebook don't monitor anything so as long as your friends don't mind then you're ok
