Not unless you were keeping records yourself, or you know someone who was.

If it relates to something fraudulent then Nom might be able to help you, other than that not possible.

DomainTools.com do have a few historic records for UK names - try the interface to see the dates they're holding if any for a name, but you need to subscribe to see the whois details.
