Although it's quite possible you haven't (Nominet incompetence, conspiracy etc.) you should have received an email with subject line:

Notice of EGM — we need your help to secure a stable future for Nominet

Mine came on 22 February 2021. They may have been sent out in batches, rather than all at once.

The sender was "CES <[email protected]>" not Nominet themselves, because the vote is being managed by a third party they've appointed.

There's a lot of blah blah blah in the email, but down the bottom you'll find a link to vote and also a link to register to take part in the EGM.

Proxy votes have to be registered by 5PM GMT on Friday, 19th of March.

If you miss the deadline, your best bet is probably to register for the EGM itself, participate, and cast your vote when the time comes.

Bear in mind that, because the email didn't come directly from Nominet, it may well have got trapped in your spam filter.

Hope the above helps you to find the key communication.

Ignore, found it, right at the bottom!

Voting aside, do you have to request invitation to the EGM? I don't recall seeing in the many emails they've sent me!
