Hi

I just wanted you guys to give me an opinion. If you are targetting the American market for a consumer product, but you can't buy the .com, what do you think the next best is? Would you say the .net?

Your thoughts please.

Thanks

I think you will find you can reg a .us if you have a "presence" in the US... hehe by definition selling on ebay worldwide or allowing US citizens to access you parked domains constitues a presence

Don't bet the farm on it !

"presence"; the place where a person (entity) is !

U.S. Nexus Requirement

"An entity or organization (including a federal, state, or local government of the United States, or a political subdivision thereof) that has a bona fide presence in the United States."
