Great three letter domain name... with some traffic.

Listed here on eBay, traffic stats included in the auction listing.

99p start, no reserve.

Shameless bump - less than 24 hours to go now, auctions for this domain and games.org.uk end tomorrow

Just had this scam through relating to the auction - not the seller 'flat07' , rather user 'mcach2004' - but but thought I ought to post warning others if they have had the same:

Question from mcach2004

Sir,

I issued this Second Chance offer because the winning bidder was unable to complete the transaction. If you are interested, just let me know because the transaction is handled by eBay. All you need to do is to send me your full name, address and eBay will contact you with shipping and payment details.

Thank You!

IP indicates a USA based user... have asked again where to post a cheque off to... any USA based forum members welcome to give the bloke a slap if I get an address :)

Unbelievable! The cheek of it.

Just to confirm that, as far as I'm concerned, the high bidder is completing the transaction and the emails/messages from the bloke above are absolute rubbish.

He/She probably does this scam a lot and no doubt some people fall for it...

Keep us updated Rob, would be interested to see how they request payment.
