Exact match furniture domain for sale, coming up for 1yr age, ranked no.1 on primary keyword, about 800-1k visitors per month when I last looked for the past 5 months or so, therefore is quite stable. Low SEO competition in niche should mean long term SE positioning.
Earnings so far (approx):
Dec - £80
Jan - £200
I've not had affiliate links in place for long, but would expect monthly earnings to average £150-£200. The setup with affiliate links I'm sure could be improved also TBH.
Looking for offers in the region of 12 x monthly revenue.
