The forum is slightly divided now..

Wonder if anyone else noticed more and more now how the 'new-younger' generation coming through on this forum perceive domain values in a different way to us codgers. This is reflected in sales and what they buy/sell/catch too.

They are late in to the game but make up for it by being more dynamic (baby thought leaders :) they have more energy..

The flip side is they still reg, and over value howlers (who doesn't) they're naïve in the potential usage.

Old Skool have hung on too long, missed the boat with many nice emd's etc, who could predict..

(this is not criticism by the way)

Well perhaps if the codgers like yourself didn't hoard all the quality domains us younger generation wouldn't have been forced to look for alternatives.. :p :)

you've got all new gTld's to invest in though?

Interesting post :). I was actually quite surprised at the ages of users on domain forums like acorn, i'm 30 so not quite ready to apply the scent of Brut just yet.
