A domain is only worth what someone will pay for it... You could (and probably will be in the case of the plurals) be holding for years and never sell them...

These are worth no more than reg fee IMO...

Rich

Completely agree, most domains are only worth reg fee. I still hold .com domains I've had since 2003 (that's when I started in this crooked industry), that I always thought were worth a few bob, but never had any serious offers.

I never do anything with most of my domains, but you can increase the value of it tenfold simply by putting up an index page. Parking will get you nowhere.

I tend to agree. With some of the domain names people don't let go, or want t let go, I think it comes down to sentimental, rather than actual value.

Problem is how to deal with the hundreds or thousands of domain names, not wanting to create a standalone solution for each site. I'm also finding that...IMHO people are turning away from clicking ads anyhow.

I will be seeting up domainappraisal this year, I already do alot behind scenes for end users..

I will let you know once its done and completed
