Wanted: Domain Good domain name wanted for Estate Agency....

New to this forum so I hope I'm doing the right thing. Has anyone got a good domain name for a web based estate agency? Or a great name that can be used - I saw nice.co.uk was sold recently for just over a £1000.
I have a budget that I would like to keep under £1000 however I also sell mobile phone numbers at www.telnum.co.uk so if anyone would like a deal with one of those....

some advice

Hi, Being in lettings and mortgages I personally wouldn't go for a .com unless you have the equivalent .co.uk.

When looking for a uk company they will type in .co.uk but .com looks good from image perspective

I would recommend both if you can afford it...i personally like generic words that everyone can remember....so nice is nice....but not a nice price when buying .com

I recently registered stinki.co.uk but had to buy .com for international business...cost too much but needed it!!

I have just set up an estate agency...three letter and a word

In hindsight

In hindsight I would have stayed away from names that had an i or l.....can lead to alot of confusion if it doesnt spell a word...my main site was chosen because it was short lml.co.uk BUT too easy to look like imi.co.uk

What am I looking for.....

....I'm not sure.
The obvious ones are primelocation.com and rightmove.co.uk. What I want is something that could be national but apply locally as well, so it's just UK only. I'm not selling foreign property and I won't be doing rentals/lets so those types of names are out. Maybe just a one word brand name like confused.com.........elephant.com etc etc.
When I see it, I'll know it!!

Any help/suggestions appreciated. I've got to buy a name and I just can't seem to come up with one myself - website is nearly finished!
