Further to our conversation, there was an issue with EPP and ALL
requests (to all systems) were delayed for a few minutes. Domains continued to register in the usual way.

If they have prebids on domainlore they aren't exactly hidden.

Prebids are only exposed to sellers that frequently list and even they have destroyed the element of research that use to be required.

They were viewable straight away to me when I registered, don't know if that has changed now.
