Handy VAT verification tool

Here's a tool I came across that lets you verify VAT numbers across the whole of the EU. All you have to do is pick the country and enter the VAT number, and it will show you which entity is associated with it.

Used this tool for years, it is the official tool used for validation and would recommend using it at the time of all purchases to a EU VAT registered business.

Yep, it's good and I've used it but it can be a little iffy with data validation i.e. if something isn't in the exact right format it can not return the result you are looking for, certainly that was the case for me in Spain.
